How to Choose an Infinity Massage Chair
Infinity's lineup runs from accessible entry models to flagship chairs with the brand's full feature set, and most models are available new or Certified Pre-Owned. The real decision is less about picking a model and more about deciding new versus pre-owned, and how much chair you actually need.
New vs. Certified Pre-Owned
A Certified Pre-Owned Infinity chair is the same model, inspected and reconditioned, at a meaningfully lower price than buying new. The trade-off is warranty terms and cosmetic condition, which vary by unit. If you want the newest chair with full warranty coverage, buy new. If you want the most chair for your budget, pre-owned is usually the stronger value across this lineup specifically, since the price gap between new and CPO versions of the same model is often substantial.
Entry-Level vs. Flagship Models
Infinity's flagship chairs carry the brand's most advanced massage technology and the widest feature set. The more accessible models cover the core massage experience without every premium feature. If you're new to owning a massage chair, an entry model is a reasonable way to start without paying for capability you may not use.
Infinity Massage Chair FAQs
The questions people usually have before choosing an Infinity chair.
Is a Certified Pre-Owned Infinity chair worth it?
For most buyers, yes. It's the same chair, inspected and reconditioned, at a lower price. Check the specific warranty terms on the pre-owned listing, since coverage can differ from a new unit.
What's the difference between Infinity's entry and flagship chairs?
Flagship models carry the most advanced massage technology and the full feature set the brand offers. Entry models cover the core massage experience at a lower price point. Neither is a lesser product, they're built for different budgets and expectations.
How much should I expect to spend on an Infinity chair?
The range runs from accessible entry pricing up to flagship pricing for the newest, most fully-featured models. Certified Pre-Owned versions of the same models are typically available at a meaningful discount.
