The K-Force Plates are a pair of lightweight, wireless force plates. Each plate reads the force under one foot or hand, so the KINVENT app shows how the load splits between sides during stance, squats, push-ups and isometric pulls.

The KINVENT Physio app includes guided protocols for the K-Force Plates: bipodal and single-leg stance, lateral stance, single-leg and bipodal landing, squat analysis, bridge hamstring, McCall hamstring, push-up analysis, the athletic shoulder (ASH) test, IYT tests and the isometric mid-thigh pull (IMTP).
Each test reports force, weight distribution and center of pressure, and the app builds the report for you. Some protocols, such as IMTP, need a Premium license.
At 2 kg and 30 mm high, each plate fits in a bag and moves between a clinic, a gym floor and the field. The plates pair with your phone or tablet over Bluetooth, so there are no cables on the floor.
Add the K-Force Plates Frame to hold the plates at a set distance apart and extend the surface for jump tests.
