The K-Power pairs a small pod with a dock. An inertial sensor tracks the pod's motion, and ultra-wideband radio between pod and dock tracks its position, for speed, distance and power on sprints and lifts.

Mount the dock on the tripod and the pod on a strap around the athlete. Each run returns top speed, average and peak power, best 10 m and 10 yd splits, and a force-velocity profile calculated in the app.
Fix the pod to the bar and get average bar speed, power and range of motion on every repetition. Feedback is color-coded and audio-coded, so the athlete hears and sees the result mid-set.
