Run a strap from the limb through the K-Pull to a fixed point, such as a bench leg, wall bar or pulley. Move the anchor or change the strap length to test a different joint angle.
The KINVENT app includes the isometric mid-thigh pull (Premium license) and the Nordic hamstring test (Excellence license), plus resisted exercises with repetition counting.
